Thomas Tulien

Thomas Tulien is a resident of Minneapolis, Minnesota, whose interest in UFOs began in 1990 as a documentary filmmaker. In 1999 he organized a Workshop for UFO historians in Chicago and initiated the Sign Oral History Project. He has contributed several entries concerning radar/visual observations, including the “Selfridge, AFB, 9 March 1950,” “Lakenheath/Bentwaters, England, 13-14 August 1956,” and the exceptional “Minot AFB, North Dakota, 24 October 1968” radar-air visual case, which incorporates quantifiable data in the form of radarscope photographs taken onboard the B-52 of a pacing UFO, and overflight of a stationary UFO.
